Our committed volunteer coaches strive to educate all children, independent of natural ability, to become familiar with track and field events, improve technically, and gain an increased sense of self-confidence. This mission is achieved through skilled coaching, hard work, well-balanced events, and a positive environment.

High School track & field team athletes are ineligible to participate.

Practices
Practices are normally Monday - Friday from 5:00-6:30 pm.
- Head Coaches will set their own practice schedule, so days & times may vary.
- You should be able to see your team practice schedule on the mobile app.
- Stadium availability varies at times due to high school sports.
- You will be notified of any off site practices as soon as possible.
- Watch for alerts on your mobile app for any changes.

7 Regular Season meets and 2 Finals meets

Required Volunteer Hours
Single Child Registration: 15 regular season hours, plus a shift at each extra meet (JV & / or Varsity Finals) your child participates in.
Multi-Child Registration: 18 regular season hours, plus a shift at each extra meet (JV & / or Varsity Finals) your children participate in.
Qualify for Priority Registration in 2026 when you complete your hours in 2025!

Info: Practices start on February 3th and finish with our Awards Picnic on May 17th.
Enrollment is limited to 275.
Cost: $175 + $200 Volunteer deposit ($375) and $150 for each additional child. Family Discount code information below.
Volunteer deposit is per family and will be returned at the end of the season when you meet the requirements for refund. (See Volunteer Refund policy for details.)
Multi-child Families: One parent/guardian should enter ALL children under the same account. Once you have registered your first child, you'll receive a confirmation email with the family discount code that you can use to register additional children in your family. This code will provide a $25 registration discount and waive the additional $200 volunteer deposit fee.
Be sure to check confirmation email after registering first child to get discount code to waive deposit for additional children to avoid incurring a 3% processing fee for any required refunds of any overpayment of fees.
